I recently bought a new new 27″ iMac (#ad) and I absolutely love it except for one small problem.
I love the large screen but I sometimes have trouble finding the mouse cursor on it.
Can you tell me how to increase the size of the mouse pointer on my Mac so it’ll be easier to find?

Rick’s answer:I know exactly what you’re talking about, Leslie. My eyesight isn’t what it used to be and I occasionally have trouble locating the mouse pointers on my machines as well.
Luckily, it’s very easy to make the mouse pointer bigger on any Mac. Just follow the steps below:
1 – Click the Apple icon (located in the top-left corner of the screen).
2 – Click System Preferences.
3 – Click Accessibility.
4 – Click Display (over in the left-hand column).
5 – Find the “Cursor size” field and move the slider to the right until the cursor is large enough for you to easily see on a “busy” screen.
That’s all there is to it. The mouse pointer on your iMac should now be a lot easier to find on its large 27 inch screen.

It's a laser pointer that you plug into the 3.5 mm port of your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. It's only 1.6' long, so it won't exactly bog you down. Once it's plugged in, it turns into a clear and bright red Class II laser pointer.

The pointer is activated from a free app called X-Presenter. Just point your laser and push the button on your screen, and you are highlighting your presentation.
I love this too. It comes with a carrying case with a short lanyard attached to a fake 3.5 mm plug that connects to your jack for stowage. But what's really cool is that the tip of the stowage unit is a rubber tipped stylus pen. How cool is that?
But we're not done with the functionality of nifty gadget yet. You can download another app for your PC or MAC that hosts the pointer. Now you can use your handheld device to change slides in your presentation and as a mouse for further navigation on the projection screen.

Jan 08, 2020 I have a similar problem. Trying to move PMS from an older mac mini to a newer one. I’ve tried various things, such as using migration assistant or following the instructions for moving from one computer to another, but in the end, I get the same result: for the same user name on the new computer, PMS crashes within about 10 -15 seconds and won’t start after that. https://mislielama.tistory.com/2.
The only issue I have with Satechi is that it's only for IOS. But I hope it will be available soon for Android as well.
